These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided under the Hostvogo brand. Hostvogo is a product operated by Ambizent FZC LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Ambizent FZC LLC", "Hostvogo", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
"Services" means web hosting, domain registration, and any related products or services we provide. "Account" means the billing and management account you create with us. "Content" means any data, files, websites, applications, or other material you upload, store, or transmit using the Services.
Hostvogo, operated by Ambizent FZC LLC, provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services on shared, VPS, and dedicated infrastructure. Service features, specifications, and resource allocations are as described on the relevant plan pages at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your Account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services.
You agree not to use the Services to host, store, transmit, or link to any content or to engage in any activity that:
Resource-intensive activities not suited to cloud hosting — including cryptocurrency mining, distributed file storage, public proxies or VPNs, and similar workloads — are prohibited on cloud hosting plans. We may move, limit, or suspend accounts that place undue load on shared infrastructure to protect the experience of other customers.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to remove content or suspend Services where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
Fees are billed in advance according to the billing cycle you select (monthly, annual, or multi-year). Payments are processed through our billing system and third-party payment processors. Unless you cancel, eligible Services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current renewal rate, which may differ from any promotional or introductory price.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies. Prices shown may be exclusive of such taxes depending on your location. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due. If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or terminate the affected Services after reasonable notice.
Eligible hosting plans are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Certain items — including domain registrations and renewals, add-on products, and renewals beyond the initial guarantee window — are non-refundable. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
We strive to provide a high level of network and server uptime and aim for 99.9% availability, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control (see "Force majeure"). Scheduled maintenance is performed where possible during low-traffic periods, with advance notice for significant work. Any service-credit arrangements, where offered, are as described in your plan documentation.
While we may provide backup features as a convenience, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of your Content. We do not guarantee the availability, completeness, or recoverability of any backup, and you should not rely solely on our backups for business-critical data.
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), as well as the terms of our registrar partners. Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered or renewed. You are responsible for renewing your domain on time; we are not liable for the loss or expiry of a domain due to non-payment or failure to renew.
All rights in the Hostvogo brand, website, and services — including trademarks, logos, text, and software — are owned by Ambizent FZC LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Services. You retain all rights in your own Content.
We may suspend or terminate your Services or Account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in activity that we reasonably believe to be unlawful or harmful. You may cancel your Services at any time through your Account. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we may delete your Content after a reasonable period in accordance with our data-retention practices.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Any implied warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambizent FZC LLC (operating as Hostvogo) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ambizent FZC LLC (operating as Hostvogo) and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power or network failures, acts of government, or failures of third-party providers.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
