By accessing or using HostVogo services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of HostVogo.

HostVogo provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services. Service specifications, including disk space, bandwidth, and other resource limits, are described on the respective product pages and in the customer portal.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Service-level commitments are detailed in our SLA.

You may not use HostVogo services to host, distribute, or transmit:

• Illegal content of any kind
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent material
• Malware, viruses, or hacking tools
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Adult content involving minors
• Content that violates applicable laws

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Services are billed in advance for the term selected at signup (monthly, annually, or triennial). All payments are processed in the currency selected at checkout. Renewals occur automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Accounts more than 7 days past due may be subject to termination and data deletion.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new shared hosting purchases. Refunds are not available for domain registrations, transfers, add-on services, or any service after 30 days. See our full Refund Policy for details.

While we perform regular backups for our own operational purposes, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. HostVogo is not liable for data loss arising from your actions, third-party software, or events outside our control.

HostVogo's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
