We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within 30 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund of your hosting fees.

Submit a refund request from your client area at my.hostvogo.com or email support@hostvogo.com. Please include your account number and the reason for the refund (optional but helpful).
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your client area. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund the current term. To request a pro-rata refund during the current term (after the 30-day window), contact support — we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
If you believe there is an issue with a charge, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension and a $50 administrative fee.
